Geeksoft Zeus Pro, Thoughts

So it's been a very long time since I last used Geeksoft Zeus Pro up until recently when I ran "Rise Of Zeus" and the nostalgia was cool, since that's what KWOAOA began with back in 2002.

But after using Zeus Pro for years then later changing up to TNM7, it almost seems very basic and very vanilla. It's a little weird to say because Zeus Pro is an actual windows program where as TNM7 is a DOS program. So how can something that's clearly older (TNM7) be more feature enhanced? Honestly I have no idea, but I find that TNM7 just has so many more options and even though it's a basic program as it's literally text where as Zeus Pro had a few graphics to it.

As I've mentioned on another site that I have, that for a while I went back to older sports games and played them I believe the line I used was "the Nostalgia was cool, but I wouldn't want to live there" I've been through that and most of my sites and leagues have gone through countless programs through the years to create websites and put them online, to using countless games in order to run them for one reason or another.

But I wouldn't want to live in that era again now that I have the options opened to me, I tend to take what I find easiest to use. Which also means that I take what suits my needs at that point in time.

It may not be the best choice for how people look at it but when it comes to me that's the only thing I worry about is what suits me for what I want to do. I actually felt completely lost when using Zeus Pro for the first time after almost 20 years.

But I also know that I used that game because it was free.

Did me using Geeksoft Zeus Pro mean that after over a year of hiatus I'm ready for things to come back. Honestly I just don't know.

I like playing around with stuff but getting dedicated into doing it full time again. I don't know if I have that in me.
